Tri-Starr Personnel LLC (Tri-Starr) is a small, local, women-owned, Texas State HUB certified business enterprise headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. Just this year, we received our national Women's Business Enterprise Certification (WBEA). Formerly known as the Kennmark Group, Tri-Starr has been providing temporary, temp-to-hire, payrolling, and direct hire personnel services in the fields of Administrative and Clerical Office support and Skilled Industrial Professionals for 16 years. Renamed in 2009, Tri-Starr began by expanding our services to Finance and Accounting, Medical, IT, Technical, and Oil & Gas Professionals.
