Nexus Neurorecovery Center-San Antonio is a post acute residential Neuro rehabilitation facility.  After any kind of neurological diagnosis, illness or accident many individuals continue their journey from the acute hospital and rehabilitation to the post acute setting.  Here we focus on regaining skills, strength and stamina, residents participate in therapy, recreational and vocational activities, cognition classes, counseling, behavioral support and many other services.  
Nexus is excited and proud to be expanding our nationally recognized Neurorecovery Center to serve San Antonio and the neighboring communities.  The San Antonio campus will feature the same residential neurocontinuum that enables individuals to enter at one level and progress to a more independent environment as needs and care evolve
