MCEC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit whose purpose is to ensure quality educational experiences for all military-connected children affected by mobility, family separation, and transition. We are connected on the international, national, and local levels to provide responsive and relevant support systems and resources for military families and for those who work with them. MCEC advocates and engages in outreach and partnerships in order to provide a 'level playing field' for children whose parents serve our country and sacrifice personally in doing so. MCEC performs research, conducts professional institutes and training conferences, and develops and publishes resources for all constituencies.
