As they become tomorrow’s workforce, employers will need to rethink how they support growth, skill development, and resilience. This class day examines the long-term impacts of digital overload: rising anxiety and depression, eroding social skills, isolation, and the pressure to perform online. Participants will explore new research, recent school cell phone legislation, and the increasing demand for mental health services. The day also dives into how technology, including AI, will shape workplace skills and expectations.
